Who am I, anyway?
Over the past five years, I’ve combined everything I learned from my years in bodywork and energy medicine, my training in mindfulness-based stress reduction, meditation, and other wellness modalities with my unquenchable desire to experience joy in everyday life and to help others feel the same.
I believe that everyone is capable of falling deeply in love with their life, and I’d love to help you learn how.
During my own struggle fighting breast cancer, I used these methods to not only survive—but THRIVE—and experienced epic levels of calm, relaxation and joy, even in the midst of an incredibly difficult time.
As I’ve told friends: I’m a single mom, an entrepreneur and kicked breast cancer, while having an amazingly joy-filled life. If I can do this, anyone can do it.
When we work together, I will teach you how to tap into your intuition to create and implement self-care strategies that help you deeply relax, stay grounded, find your balance, and create YOUR best life—not a re-hashed version of what worked well for someone else.
